Meet Breandan

Hi, I’m Breandan Garland – owner of Assurance Home Buyers and your direct point of contact throughout the entire selling process. I’ve been investing in real estate here in Southern NH for over 7 years, and during that time, I’ve worked with homeowners in all kinds of situations – helping them find simple, stress-free ways to move forward.

Before real estate, I spent a few years working in the CPG industry with some great companies in the food space. But my passion for real estate goes back much further. I’ve always loved the idea that you can help local families, revitalize neighborhoods, and build something meaningful – all through real estate.

Assurance Home Buyers is a family-owned, local business, and I treat every seller with the honesty and respect I’d want for my own family. I live right here in Milford, NH with my wife Ashley and our 1-year-old son Kieran. When I’m not walking properties or managing renovations, you’ll probably find me on the golf course.
